Where I raise chickens, rabbits, quail, grow veggies, fruits, and beekeeping all from the comforts of home, and we make soap!

I am in Michigan, outside of Detroit. Learning all I can to start container gardening this spring up on my deck and drooling over everyones chicken pics

I'm in Flagstaff, AZ. I raise chickens, goats, garden, harvest water, & until recently, kept bees. I believe in recycling or re-purposing as much as I can. I like to build my animal structures from recycled or reclaimed materials (mostly pallets).

Small fact from Flagstaff: we are about the 5th snowiest city in the country!

Makes for a shorter growing season, but I'm up for the challenge!

With container gardening it's all about drainage and using good soil:)
