I have found a new great pain reliever that I must share!! I recently learned that Turmeric is a wonderful anti-inflammatory. Loosely following a couple of other recipes I made this. It works wonderful after a day of working on the farm!!

Tumeric Tea (or so I call it. There is no actual tea involved)



2 cups of milk
3/4 cup raw honey
1Tbs Coconut oil
2 Tbs Tumeric
1 Tbs Cinnamon

Heat and stir until combined. *Note: the coconut oil and turmeric will want to keep separating so you will need to keep a spoon in your mug to keep it stirred up.
