Does the Government have a right to confiscate and destroy your flock if they have tested + for mycoplasma synoviae but have no symptoms?

No issues with me. Just something that happened in our town. It all turned out positive and she didn't have to give up her chickens.

Good, I am about sick of the Gov. pushing there way into our personal lives unjustly. If we all have to follow the laws they make then so should they:)
