My family has been wondering which breed of chicken lays blue and green eggs. We presently have a leghorn, RI Reds (7), barred rock, and a Reich's Red. (We lost our 2 silkies :( ). I remember having a chicken 20 years ago that laid pink eggs, but never knew which one it was before we gave them away.
We're ordering more girls in the spring and would like to get a few different varieties.

Thanks!!!

My Buff Orpington lays pink eggs:) Easter Eggers are known for laying light blue to green eggs I believe.

I have Ameraucanas (about 5 of them) and they lay green eggs. I love opening the nesting box and finding a green one in the mix! I don't know why, it's just exciting to me. My wife thinks I need help.

Love it bro!! For me when I see color I see purpose. When there is green and blue eggs I always think God did that to make us enjoy gathering eggs:)

And you thought you were the only one that needed help;)
