SoCalDeere OFFLINE Senior Member Posts: 40 Good Job(s): 9	Dont forget a rack on the bottom of the pot to prevent cracking the bottom of the jars because of thermoshock If you dont have a proper fitting rack just add some canning lid rings to the bottom
