My Roma Tomatoes are coming in and they're looking very strong:) I can't wait to cut these in half and roast them along with onions, garlic, and peppers! From there you just pop them into a blender along with some herbs and you have instant spaghetti sauce!

Very nice! I just put my starts in my raised beds last week. I planted 56 roma plants. At harvest time, we throw in the tomatoes, green peppers, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, and salt and pepper into our Mehu Liisa steamer. Makes a great soup stock. What is left in the basket goes into the food mill and makes a great spaghetti sauce. Very little waste left over and the sauce does not need to reduce for very long.
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances...
