Hi all -
I was wondering the best time of year to transplant asparagus. Has anyone done this with success?? We are in zone 3/zone 4. It likes our soil and everything, but I want to pasture the area now instead of grow vegetables there. The standard book advice I've found is get it going, fertilize & mulch annually, and leave it in the ground for 20 years. LOL Nothing about moving them. TIA
