A chunnel would be a great to prepare a garden plot along a wall for the next season

That narrow strip of dirt along nobody knows what to do with

Make some moudler chunnel panels to lead chickens to where you need them to prep the ground

We have come up with a "plan B". Instead of using the back garage with the run on the concrete.....we're moving the coop to the front garage. My husband is going to move his workbench (yes....he must really love me if he's going to do this...lol :)) , then he'll build the coop inside the back left corner of the garage. There is a window there that we can use for air circulation, and he will install an exhaust fan also that he will vent to the outside. He's going to cut a hole through the garage wall/brick & install a chicken door so the girls can go outside into the run.....which will now be on the grass/soil. :) Moving it to the front garage will make it easier, because there is already electricity in there & in the winter they will be warmer....and I won't have to walk through mounds of snow to get to them...lol :)

So.....we're on to "plan C"...lol :) Here is a picture of the back of our front garage. There are 3 windows along this side, so I was wondering if there is anything we need to do to the windows before we build the coop/run, or if the glass windows are okay to have there.

Thank you! :)

We've decided to move everything outside. I think the chickens would like a bit more fresh air....plus I felt guilty about the big guy moving his workbench...lol :) We're going to have a rain barrel on the back right corner, then the coop to the left of the barrel & then the run. We're going to take out the ferns & give the chickens a sandy run area. :) There will be at least 1 of the windows in the coop & the others in the run area. There are glass panels in the windows, so I wasn't sure if glass was ok or if it would need to be replaced with plexi glass.

Thanks!! :)

Glass will be much sturdier and I don't think they can scratch it up:)
