I use sweet bran flakes for my meal worm farm. They seem to love it. I will have to try the oats as well. The bran is pretty cheap at my local feed store.

I am going to be switching to organic nonGMO cornmeal because it will make it easy to sift through all the mealworms to separate them all out:)

Can you buy the non GMO cornmeal or are you going to mill your own?

I don't know yet because I haven't got that far:) I think I've seen organic non-GMO corn meal in this organic store near my house.

If all else fails I will probably just turned the oats into a powder and that will work as well.

Looking great, Matt! Hoping to do this, just with normal worms. :)

These are so easy to breed and raise! Done the right way all you will really have to do is feed them once a month and sift out feeders:)

What do you mean "with just normal worms"?

That sounds awesome.

Sorry that was kind of a dumb thing to say ha ha ha. I mean the earth worms you find everywhere. Basically just a test. :)
